v Proposal for a complete concept of building installations

v Consultations on the concept of building installations related to good practices in Bulgaria and local regulations

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

v Detailed development of building elements and spaces

v Preparation of the general concept of building installations (HVAC, EL, WSS), in terms of main shafts, main routes, location and size of technical premises, spatial requirements

DEVELOPMENT DESIGN

v The project will be in volume, content and quality, sufficient for the submission of the project for obtaining Building Permit, according to the current legislation of Republic of Bulgaria

v Detailed bill of quantities for all parts of the project

WORKING DESIGN

v Detailed details missing in the technical design unless it is intended to be part of specialized production processes of the relevant subcontractors

v Shop Drawings

DESIGN SUPERVISION

v Approval of materials and equipment proposed by subcontractors

v Regular visits to the construction site during execution and acceptance of the relevant project part

DESIGN REVIEW

v Consultation during the different design stages in relation to the local regulations and the scope of the project documentation

AUTHORIZATION

v Translation of project documentation

v Adaptation of project documentation to the local regulation

v Review design documentation for submission for building permit

v Legalization of design documentation

v Design assistance in all instances until the building permit is issued
