Biovet AD has decided to invest in the development and production of veterinary vaccines as part of its strategy to broaden its product portfolio and strengthen its position in the animal health sector. The company plans to manufacture a range of vaccines targeting poultry, ruminants, and swine, addressing key health challenges in livestock farming.

These vaccines will be produced at Biovet’s own facilities in Razgrad, enabling greater control over quality, efficiency, and innovation while supporting the company’s long-term growth and commitment to animal health.

This facility will produce both inactivated and live vaccines for poultry, ruminants, and swine. These vaccines may be viral, bacterial, or combinations thereof. In addition, the project will include the design of general production areas, storage facilities, quality control zones, formulation and filling areas, experimental animal housing, utility zones, cell laboratories, seeding laboratories, washing areas, preparation laboratories, and social zones.
